Viewing the status of an export
After you initiate an export, VoiceThread’s system will need time to process and “film” that video file. You will receive an email notification when your export is ready for download, but you can also check the status at any time by following these steps:
- Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “My Account” from the menu.
- Click on the “Exports” tab.
- Look for the export you want to view.
Exports with a status of “Waiting in line” or “Filming” are still processing. Those that are ready to be downloaded will display links you can click to download the completed files.
